We are seeking a highly skilled BIM (Revit) Operator & Administrator who will play a key role in managing and optimizing our BIM workflows. This position involves hands-on Revit modeling, technical coordination, and the development of BIM standards across multiple projects and project typologies. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Revit, project execution, and architectural documentation while also ensuring seamless BIM implementation firmwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and maintain Revit models for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Establish and enforce BIM standards, templates, and workflows to improve project efficiency and consistency.
Support project teams in resolving complex modeling issues and optimizing workflows.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and engineers to ensure model coordination and compliance with project requirements.
Conduct training sessions and provide technical support for staff on Revit best practices and BIM processes.
Manage and maintain Revit families, libraries, and templates.
Assist in project setup, model health checks, and quality control reviews to ensure compliance with BIM execution plans.
Stay up to date with BIM advancements, software updates, and industry trends to improve firm-wide implementation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in an architectural firm with an advanced Revit/BIM role.
Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM 360/collaborative. Bluebeam proficiency is not required but preferred.
Deep understanding of architectural design, construction documentation, and coordination processes.
Experience in setting up and managing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and project-specific BIM protocols.
Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with design teams and consultants.
Ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Ability to train and mentor staff in BIM best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture preferred but not required.
MUST be located in NW Arkansas – this is an on-site position.
