Skylight Apartments

Skylight Apartments is a three-story multifamily project located on a busy roadway in Bentonville, Arkansas.

All three floors are slated for multifamily housing units, equaling approximately 36 units in a mix of unit plans. The primary goal of the client was to achieve maximum site density while maintaining project affordability.
