Historic Milk Plant

The Milk Plant, a 100+ year old building on the Historic Building Registry, is located in Downtown Rogers. Verdant Studio worked on Phase 2 of the project, which included the construction of two office suites, a shared lobby space, and an apartment. Due to the historic nature of the building, creative solutions were implemented to maintain the existing equipment from its most recent days as a Grain & Seed business and incorporate it into the design.
