Southeast A Street ADU

The design of this addition was intended to compliment the existing house, extending its traditional design. The breezeway was added to overcome a zoning code challenge that did not allow by-right the addition of the space.  Now the Owners have an amazing rental property, storage and a garage, but also a beautiful courtyard area to entertain and enjoy.
