This project focuses on enhancing customer flow, staff functionality, and the overall brand experience by reconfiguring key areas of the Darvin store.

A redesigned cashier area and improved customer queuing will streamline foot traffic, reducing congestion and improving accessibility. Staff offices will move from the front of the store to an underutilized area, creating expanded spaces for executive offices, a conference room, credit center, and Darvin.com work areas. This relocation will open prime floor space for the “Darvin Experience” zone—a dedicated area celebrating the brand’s 100-year history, with an immersive layout and a chic accessories section to appeal to the diverse customer base. New flooring, lighting, and finishes will unify the store’s atmosphere, creating an inviting and cohesive shopping environment aligned with Darvin’s brand values.
